Terms of Service

1. The service

Tessarum Capital ("Service") provides subscribers with systematic trading signals, historical backtest data, and daily position updates for a set of published strategies ("Legs"). Access to each Leg is billed as a recurring monthly subscription. See our Risk Disclosure for the risks inherent in acting on these signals.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Billing & cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. No investment advice

The Service is informational and educational only. It is not personalized investment advice and does not create an advisory relationship. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions made using information from the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly republish signals or backtest data obtained through the Service without our written consent, or attempt to access another subscriber's account or data.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tessarum Capital and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
